4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
You may be able to post, submit, or share content, such as comments, forum posts, images, or articles (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”).
- Your Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the UGC you create and post.
- License Grant to Us: By submitting UGC to the Service, you grant Rock & Art – Cultural Outreach a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your UGC in connection with the Service and our mission. This licence allows us to promote your content, feature it on our Site and social media channels, and archive it as part of our cultural record.
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your UGC and the consequences of posting it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to grant the above licence to us and that your UGC does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Excluding User-Generated Content, all materials within the Service, including but not limited to the Rock & Art – Cultural Outreach name and logo, text, graphics, articles, photographs, videos, and website design (the “Our Content”), are the property of Rock & Art – Cultural Outreach or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute Our Content without our express prior written permission.

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature, if available.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in the city of London, United Kingdom, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
